Our flagship CNC addition is a Liberty Precision Industries linear transfer system. This asset offers a modular design that allows for the addition of new modules or reconfiguration of the existing modules to address future opportunities and features automated raw material load and unload systems. Incorporated into the system is a Sheffield Discovery D-28 Coordinate Measuring Machine to supply real time data and quality information.
Most of our machining centers are equipped with fourth and fifth axis turntables, providing the ability to handle complex parabolic operations in a single setup. Live tooling capabilities allow us the additional flexibility of milling and tapping operations on turning centers. What does all this mean to our customers? Fewer setups and operations, which translate into faster turnaround and reduced cost.
Our highly skilled operators, ISO compliant quality system, and facility-wide assessment protocol requiring first article, in-process and last piece inspection give us the edge in providing accurate, precision parts.
